Ujjain: A workshop ‘smart girl to be happy to be strong’ was organised by the Bhartiya Jain Sangthan at Industrial Training Institute (ITI), in a bid to make parents understand problems faced by daughters.
Fifty-five girls participated in the workshop under the guidance of ‘smart girl’ trainer Rajshri Choudhary. Organization city head Paridhi Data, informed that girls learnt self awareness, self realization and the need to have a healthy discussion with parents, during the workshop.
The girls also got training in taking crucial decisions in life. The trainer also asked the girls to make optimum use of alternatives available to make themselves strong. During the workshop an open discussion was also held to understand the problems of the girls. During the parenting session of the workshop, the parents were guided by the trainer to handle their children.
Spokesperson Vinay Data informed that ITI joint director Sunil Choudhary, principal Sunil Lalawat and Reena Mathur were present with the staff members, while Bhartiya Jain Sangthan’s state vice president, Om Jain and master trainer Amita Jain also attended the concluding session of the workshop.
