Ujjain: After repeated thefts in moving trains, Railway Protection Force (RPF) managed to nab two thieves on Saturday.

While one was arrested red-handed from a moving train, another was nabbed with the help of CCTV footage. RPF SI Madanmohan Vashishth said that Sahved Jha of Shivpuri was charging his mobile phone on platform 1, when a thief took it away.

Following a complaint, the RPF checked CCTV footage and arrested Rajesh Dayal, 50, of Nagda. The stolen mobile was recovered from him along with its charger. Meanwhile, Badaram Nayak of Rajasthan, travelling in Hyderabad-Jaipur train, found his mobile missing. He informed RPF personnel deployed in the train. They later arrested a 16-year-old boy and recovered the mobile from him.

Both thieves were later handed over to the GRP.
