Ujjain: Collector Manish Singh directed the district registrar that no further registration would be done on Simhastha fair land without early verification as several fraud cases had surfaced recently. Manish Singh sent details of land authorised for Simhastha fair purpose to the district registrar and asked him to verify registrations done in recent times.

He said any kind of construction on Simhastha land would be illegal if guidelines of Ujjain Development Authority were not followed. The necessary details along with the khasra number has been sent to district registrar and details of satellite town sent to respective sub registrar, said Manish Singh. He also ordered to list out the small colonies consisting plots of (500, 1000, 1500, 2000) square feet, developed by private construction companies and ordered strict actions against those illegal developers.

District registrar Manju Patel directed to sub registrar Mukta Sisodiya to formulate detailed list of colonies and residents, along with their registry year and location, constructed on Simhastha fair land. After completion this detailed list will be submitted to collector. Manju Patel also directed to sub registrar Pyarelal Solanki, Mukta Sisodiya, Pramila Gupta, Sadhana Singh and given a time frame of one week to formulate the list of registration done after 2016 on Simhastha fair land.
