Ujjain: A guidance and recruitment drive was conducted for pharmacy students at Sainath computer centre, Divine valley, on Wednesday.

Cipla pharmaceutical, Mumbai, offered job opportunities to around 50 pharmacy students from across Madhya Pradesh. Area manager of the company, Deepak Jaiswal detailed students on career prospects in the pharmaceutical sector.

Convener of group, ‘people for humanities’, Anil Choudhary held a guidance session for the students. He said that such events will be organized on a regular basis to facilitate students who sought to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical sector. Experts will provide free career guidance to students. The group is working towards creating health awareness in the city and will conduct workshops and seminars soon. Currently over 500 members are working with the group.
