Mumbai: Students who have failed their Class 12 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) board examinations this year, can apply for re-examination. This re-examination will be conducted in July-August by the state board as students can apply online through their respective junior colleges.

Nearly 39,141 of 3.11 lakh students from Mumbai have failed this year. These students will have to apply for re-examination in their respective colleges. Students have to apply on mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in for this re-examination.

Students must also fill online application forms through colleges from June 4 to 13. They also have to fill details of the HSC exams conducted in Feb 2018. Subhash Borse, in-charge Secretary of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education said, “Students can approach their respective colleges and apply for the re-examination. We have informed all colleges to guide their students to apply online so that we can register them.”
