A heart-warming video has gone viral on social media in which a daughter is seen signing lyrics for her deaf dad at a rock concert. The video was shot by fellow concertgoer, in Edmonton, Alberta.
According to CNN, the video was shot by fellow concertgoer Jules Maria on Wednesday at a concert in which a rock group named Three Days Grace were performing. In the 30-second video, it is seen that 19-year-old Karri Carberry is signing along to a song by the Toronto band for her father Darrin, translating the lyrics into sign language for her hearing-impaired father.
The fellow concertgoer, Jules Maria shared the video the next day in which she said, “At last night’s concert, we witnessed something absolutely beautiful. Keep in mind this was a rock concert (Three Days Grace in Edmonton). We saw this girl and a man who seemed to require a lot of dancing room, irritating at first until we realized what was happening. Her father is deaf/hearing impaired, she was signing the lyrics to him. We couldn’t care less about what was happening on stage, watching them was absolutely mesmerizing. They were both very sweet and her father was very proud of his daughter.”
