Los Angeles: The animated comedy TV series series “The Simpsons” will bring its first hour long episode which will be a hip hop special.
The episode will be a rap homage to F Scott Fitzgerald’s classic novel “The Great Gatsby”, reported Entertainment Weekly.
“This was just going to be a regular episode, but the table read went so well, in a fit of passion and excitement and ambition and excess, we decided to super-size it.

“We haven’t done a huge amount of stories in the world of hip hop and rap culture, so we just went for it,” said show’s executive producer Matt Selman.
It will also feature Taraji P Henson and Keegan-Michael Key as guest voices.
