Shocking! TV actress Sanjeeda Sheikh gets into legal trouble

Popular TV actress Sanjeeda Sheikh has recently found herself in legal trouble. Reportedly, the actress’ 22-year-old sister-in-law Zakerabanu Zakir Hussain Bagban has filed a domestic violence case against her brother Anas Abdul Rahim Sheikh, her and their mother, Anisha Sheikh. As per the reports published in Mumbai Mirror, Zakerbanu has alleged that she was having a conversation with her father on May 27 when the trio yelled and beat her up saying that they didn’t want her in their Mumbai home anymore.

Well, after this tragic incident Zakerabanu reportedly left home on the same day and went to her parent’s place in Ahmedabad. Moreover, the alleged victim was also admitted to a local hospital in Sarkhej Roza. However, after getting a discharge from a hospital on May 29, she reportedly lodged a FIR at the nearest police station.

About them, Zakerabanu told Mumbai Mirror that “They often demanded money from my father and would beat me up. My husband is alcoholic, a drug addict and is also involved in match-fixing.” She further said, “It was the final straw when Anas raised his hand on me in the presence of my mother and sister in their Mumbai home. I was hospitalised after that in Ahmedabad. I was told at the time of our marriage that he is in the construction business but he is mostly home.”

However, soon after that, Sanjeeda’s lawyers filed a petition to rescind sister-in-law’s FIR which counter-accused by stating that Zakerbanu had a very disturbed relationship with her father due to his conservative attitude which affected her relationship with her husband, Anas, consequently making it very difficult for her to adjust in her marital home. Moreover, the further development in the case has somewhat given relief to Sanjeeda. As per a report of the tabloid, Sanjeeda was given an interim relief on August 30, when Ahmedabad Family Court waived the service of the notice. Moreover, an interim hearing is reportedly expected soon.

Let’s see what happens next.
