Indore: Radisson Blu Hotel Indore is known for organising different food festivals around the year, bringing food from across India and beyond. This time Radisson Blu brings the food from the land of five rivers, Punjab, which will go on from October 14 to 31. The food festival will offer various delicacies from Punjab and interactive live counters with themed decor creating a memorable experience for the guests at The Creative Kitchen.
In an effort to wrap the food fest in full Punjabi hues, the staff will be clad in traditional Punjabi attire during the whole luscious event. Speaking about the event, general manager Rahul Joshi said, “Punjabi food festival is a part of the hotel’s continuous efforts to offer something special and exciting to our esteemed guests. With the kind of preparations in the food festival we are sure to offer an unforgettable experience to all the guests coming to attend it”.
During the food fest the guests will be served many vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies which will include starters, main-course and desserts during dinner. If starters seems to be appetizing then the delicacies in main-course are no less delectable as Amritsari kulchas, Rajmah, Shahi paneer, Dal makhani, Sarson ka saag, Makke di roti, Punjabi kadi pakod, Tandoori chicken, Amritsari fish, Kulfi, Phirni, Jalebi, Burfi and many more tongue savouring delicacies will be served to be relished.
