PM to attend Vichar Mahakumbh today

Indore : Prime Minister Narendra Modi would attend the 3-day Vichar Mahakumbh at Ninora village in Ujjain on
Saturday.

He is the principal speaker of the valedictory session of the conference. Sri Lankan president Maitripala Sirisena and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan would also address the session, which would start at 11.30 pm.

Earlier to this, leader of opposition in Sri Lanka R Sampanthan, Bhutan minister DN Dhungyel, Khil Raj Regmi of Nepal, MP of Bangladesh Sadhan Chandra Majumder, SK Devamani of Malaysia, Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Chhattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh, Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje, Jharkhand chief minister Raghubar Das, Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis would address the special plenary session at the conference. Nearly 850 scholars from the country and abroad participated in the conference. The knowledge churned out during the conference would be presented to the world in the form of ‘Simhastha Universal Declaration’.
