Mumbai FYJC admissions: Maharashtra education department to release FCFS list today

The wait is over for FYJC students as the Maharashtra education department is finally going to display the list of vacant seats for FYJC admissions across Mumbai at 11 am.

According to Hindustan Times, students who are yet to get a seat even after five rounds of admissions can look at the seat matrix and decide which college to opt for in the first come, first served (FCFS) rounds, which will begin from August 27.

The students who are eligible for FCFS rounds are students who cancelled admissions owing to various reasons and those who did not confirm admission even after being allotted the college of their first preference. Students scoring 80% and above can pick from the vacant seats on August 27, followed by those scoring 60% and above on August 29. Those who scored 35% and more can choose from the vacant seats on August 31.
