According to Dnyaneshwar Chavan, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone-2), “We have recovered all the stolen ornaments from a farm at his native place in Durgipatti village in Khutauna district of Bihar. The motive of the crime was purely the greed for money. A team had been dispatched to his village in Bihar. When we reached his native place, during interrogation we came to know that Radheshyam was working with one of his relatives at Surat from where he was finally arrested.”

“Radheshyam confessed to his crime and showed us the spot where the valuables were hidden at his farm in Bihar. He had also planted a sapling there to mark the spot,” added Chavan.
