Mumbai: Bulldoze illegal properties of ex-corporator, says Vira’s son

Mumbai: The son of the late RTI Activist Bhupendra Vira has alleged that BMC is demolishing the properties which have already been sold by ex-corporator Razzak Khan and his ‘illegal properties still waiting to be bulldozed’.

Khan has been dubbed as land mafia who has illegally usurped acres of land in and around Kalina area of Santa Cruz (East).

Khan and his son Amjad are in police custody till October 28 for their alleged involved in the murder of 61-year-old Bhupendra Vira, who was also anti-encroachment activist. In a joint press conference with AAP on Wednesday, Vira’s son Mayur has alleged that Khan has been telling residents of Kalina that he is the owner of land on which they have been dwelling.
