MUMBAI: After re-branding Western Express Highway (WEH) Metro station to Magicbricks WEH Metro station, the Mumbai Metro One Private Limited (MMOPL), operator of Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro-1 corridor, has now branded Andheri Metro station to Bank of Baroda Andheri Metro station.
The officials from MMOPL stated that branding of metro stations are a regular exercise done by the company. The branding of Andheri station was an initiative of Bank of Baroda.
The officials also stated there no prior permission needs to be taken from MMRDA to brand the metro stations.
