‘Lifestyle is major cause of all neurological problems’
Dr U K Mishra, Neurology Department, SGPGI, Lucknow said, “The lifestyle is one of the major causes of all the neurological problems. Walking at least 4 km is so essential, which about 70 per cent of the population does not follows, that it can heal not only neurological but many physical problems. “Only 20 per cent of our brain is conscious and 80 per cent is subconscious. To keep this 20 per cent brain healthy and active we have to adopt healthy lifestyle. The difference in responding time of both brain is 40 minutes, so you can imagine, if this 20 per cent becomes obsolete, what will happen to our body”, he said.
