Indore : A man, employed as an accountant with a company, fell from the third floor of a building and died. Ruling out suicide, the police said that prima facie it appears that the man lost his balance and plunged to his death. The police are investigating the matter.

The incident occurred on Tuesday morning around 10:30 at Prem Trade Centre. The man was identified as Narendra Singh (45) of Dewas.

Singh was employed as an accountant with Tractor Private Limited located on the third floor of the building and his fall caused sensation in the building.

According to TI Chatarpal Singh, Kotwali police, Singh commuted between Indore and Dewas daily. He ruled out suicide and said the man possibly had lost his balance and plunged to his death.

Singh had arrived for work as usual and was standing near the railings as the office was being swept. Suddenly he lost his footing and fell to the basement, head first, and died on the spot.

His family has been informed of the tragedy while the police moved the body to the hospital for autopsy.
