Mumbai: The last date for submitting online application forms for the SSC and Higher Secondary Education Board (HSC) in March 2017 has been extended by six days.
Students across the state were told to fill the online forms between 4 November to 22 November along with the application fees. However, many students faced problems while uploading their forms and quite a few also registered complaints about server crash.
Considering, all these problems and complaints from the students, the education board has decided to extend the last date for by 6 days.
Accordingly, the revised extended date is 28 November for students to pay regular fees and sumbit applications. For those, applying post 28 November, there will be a window between 29 November to 6 December, but students will have to pay late fees along with the application fees.
Aadhar Card Compulsary for Online Applications:
Aadhar Card will be mandotary for the online application for the students who are planning to apply for the exams to be held March 2017.
For SSC students who recently applied for Aadhar Card can mention their registration number from the Aadhar application, which will be considered as a valid identity, said the Secretary of the Education Board.
And in case, if the student has still not applied for Aadhar card, then the student has to give a undertaking in writing stating that the he/ she will get the Aadhar Card before the results.
