If reports are to be believed, ailing Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan was spotted at Lord’s cricket ground watching England vs Pakistan 1st Test match. A picture of someone looking like Irrfan is shared by Furqan Bhatti who works as a cameraman for a news website. As everyone knows, Irrfan is suffering from NeuroEndocrine Tumor and is out of country for further treatment.
In the shared picture, the person does looks like Irrfan. However, we cannot confirm the news as it is little doubtful to see the actor there choosing to watch a match at a crowded place. See the picture below:
Pakistani activist and Nobel Prize winner Malala too was present at the Lord’s to watch the Test match. Malala tweeted some pictures on her Twitter account and captioned it as, “A beautiful day at Lord’s cricket ground watching PakVsEng test match. Congratulations to Pakistan team on their spectacular victory.”
Talking about the match, Pakistan beat England by nine wickets in Lord’s Test to go 1-0 up in the two-match series. Resuming at 235/6 on the fourth day, the hosts lost their remaining wickets within the first 30 minutes to get bowled out for 242. Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Abbas took four wickets each while Jos Buttler (67) and Dominic Bess (57) scored half-centuries. Needing 64 to win, Pakistan lost Azhar Ali (4) early but Haris Sohail (39*) and Imam-ul-Haq (18*) played sensibly to seal the deal for their side. Earlier, the visitors scored 363 in their first innings in response to England’s 184.
