IPL 2018 Final: Chennai Super Kings fans cheer for Jacqueline Fernandez

The official fan club of Chennai Super Kings, Whistle Podu did not only express their love for cricket team, but also rose in cheer for Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez. IPL 2018 finale which saw Jacqueline Fernandez’ grooving to two sensational songs garnered immense hooting and cheering from the audience.

What grabs our attention is that Jacqueline’s fanbase is not just limited to moviegoers but also cricket fanatics. The champions of IPL 2018, Chennai Super Kings’ official fanclub, Whistle Podu Army were in awe of Jacqueline Fernandez and expressed their love for the actress with a unique gesture.

The members of this fanclub went ahead wearing T-shirts dedicated to Jacqueline, in addition to holding placards. Sharing the picture, Whistle Podu Army took to Twitter captioning, “Looks like the Whistlepoduarmy is enjoying the #YelloveFinals and there are lot of cheers and love for @Asli_Jacqueline in Wankhede”.

The sweet gesture was noticed by Jacqueline who took to social media sharing love back to her fans, the actress wrote, “Awwww! Much love 😍😍😍😘 #IPL2018Final”.

IPL 2018 was a dual treat for Jacqueline Fernandez fans as they had the actress performing for the opening ceremony as well as the closing ceremony, owing to her popularity amidst cricket lovers. The opening ceremony had the actress perform to her hit numbers including ‘Tan Tana Tan’ and ‘Lift Teri Bandh Hai’ from her blockbuster film Judwaa 2.

In the closing ceremony, Jacqueline grooved to Heeriye from her upcoming film Race 3 alongside Salman Khan. Jacqueline Fernandez has always treated the audience with hit chartbusters like Chittiyan Kalliyan’, ‘Jumme Ki Raat’, ‘Sooraj Dooba Hai’ and ‘Sau Tarah Ke’ to name a few.

With her upcoming release, Race 3, Jacqueline is yet again set to entertain with a never seen before action-packed avatar.
