Indore : Confederation of Indian Industry’s Young Indians (Yi) Indore Chapter organised a workshop on “Sales and Profit Through Customer Satisfaction” at hotel Radisson Blu on Saturday.
The objective was to explore ways to overcome marketing and sales related problems in a company. Prof SK Bal Palekar was the speaker for the workshop. In the last 43 years, since passing his MBA in marketing from the Bajaj Institute, Mumbai, he has been a business executive, an educator, a professor, a consultant, an NGO director and an independent director on the board of a few companies.
Three company’s case studies were shared with the participants and discussed solution for respective problems. Delegates also discussed about their company case studies and Prof Palekar talked the solution for the same. Prof Palekar also discussed about certain basics of marketing related to customers and competitors, which will help the company to grow exponentially and earn profit through customer satisfaction.
