Indore: Four persons were booked for allegedly raping a married woman in Aerodrome police area on Thursday. Three of the accused raped her after giving her some sedatives and while another raped her when she did not return his money. Police have detained the accused and are questioning them.

According to Ashok Kumar Patidar, Aerodrome police station in-charge, Sunil Pawar, Raja Sakhla, Nitin and Lakhan were booked on the complaint of victim. The victim stated in her complaint that she knows Nitin since last seven years and he used to come to her place. Nitin along with Sunil and Raja reached her place two months ago when she was alone. They gave her some sedative-laced food after which she fell unconscious and the accused raped her.

After a few days, another accused Lakhan raped her at another place after threatening her of dire consequences. Lakhan had to take money from the victim and he was demanding money for many days. He called the victim at a place on the pretext of talking to her over some issue and raped her. Terrified by the accused, she did not lodge any complaint with the police. Later, somehow she reported the matter to her husband and later to the police.

TI Patidar further said that the victim had given a written complaint in which she mentioned about both the incidents after which a case under relevant section has been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
