How Kareena Kapoor Khan lost her post pregnancy weight

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan recently become a mom of Tailmur Ali Khan in December, now she is back to work. After a long pregnancy break Kareena fly to London without Taimur. She was spotted at International Airport in Mumbai alone.

Kareena had put on 18 kgs during her pregnancy. Now she is focusing on getting back into shape before starting of shoot ‘Veera Di Wedding’. After pregnancy, she started doing a simple yoga step at home, but now including Pilates as well to shed the pounds.

A source said to daily, “After 40 days of her delivery, she started doing light exercises, including yoga. Now, since last fortnight, she has begun doing proper workouts and has included Pilates in her routine. She has also been following dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s diet. This has resulted in Kareena losing 12 kg since she began working out. She is aiming to lose more weight in the next month and get into shape to shoot for Veere Di Wedding in May.”

Kareena broke all stereotypes during her pregnancy. She has done a bay bump photoshoot also in which she looks like a rose. The actress said, “My aim is not just to lose the weight I have put on. I don’t want to do it overnight. It may take long, but I want to feel light, happy and energetic throughout the process. And that is important.”
