Hindu outfit leader  Rupesh Thakur surrenders in Ujjain

Ujjain: Pro-Hindu organisation leader Rupesh Thakur surrendered at the Madhav Nagar police station on Tuesday morning.

A case was filed against him for delivering provoking speech against city quazi Khalikurrehaman during a dharna held by the Samagra Hindu Samaj recently.

Police lodged an FIR against Rupesh Thakur on the basis of a complaint launched by Asif, a resident of Kot Mohalla. Thakur was accompanied by his supporters during his surrender.
