Collector, superintendent of police visit remote village

Ujjain :  Collector and district electoral officer Manish Singh and superintendent of police Sachin Atulkar visited village malya which is last village of Mahidpur constituency, bordered with Rajasthan. Collector held a meeting at Mahidpur circuit house with officers. He asked them to prompt arrangements for electoral process. He asked the returning officer to monitor the electoral process and also follow MCMC works with utmost care. Sachin Atulkar directed officers to make proper security arrangements of border areas.

Returning Officer Shelly Kanath, Mahidpur Police in-charge Pramod Sonkar and SDM Chandra Singh Solanki were present during visit. 13 persons expelled out of district Under the Madhya Pradesh Security Act 13 persons were expelled out of district for 1 year by the collector and district electoral officer Manish Singh. He directed not to enter in the boundaries of Ujjain district. The 13 persons including Banesingh son of Nandram, Nagjirhi, Sunil son of Goverdhan, nagda, Piyush son of Jivan Raghuvanshi, madhav nagar station, Ritesh aka Lalla son of Raju Gehlot, Babu Singh son of Nathu Singh, Badnagar, Manish son of Narayan Singh Yadav, nilganga among others. All the expelled can take part in judicial proceedings with the prior information of respective police stations.
