In the upcoming year, CBSE Annual Board Exams 2019 will be held early as compared to the past schedules that CBSE has been following. CBSE is expected to release the details, list of subjects and exam schedule next week on its official website which is cbse.nic.in. According to the reports, the examination for vocational subjects will be held in February 2019 and the main subject exams will begin in March 2019.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) aims to begin and end Board Exams in early 2019 so that the results can be released early and the supplementary tests and revaluations can also be held as soon as possible.
The decision of early Annual Boards Exams was taken by Delhi High Court which stated that CBSE must consider Re-evaluation Exam Results, keeping in mind the cut-off date for admission in colleges of the Delhi University. Delhi High Court aims to help students in applying for University Admissions without missing the deadlines.
