New Delhi : The Government is ready with a Bill with far reaching implications on the private colleges and institutions that indulge into all sorts of irregularities.

The draft Unfair Practice Education Bill is to keep a tab on the unfair practices resorted by the private institutions.

Union Human Resources Development Minister Smriti Irani said the draft Bill would be soon uploaded on her ministry”s website and also circulated to the state government for wide consultations before it is introduced in Parliament.

The Bill provides for the institutions to keep details of their infrastructure, fee structure, faculty and all other relevant details in public domain on the Internet to nab the black sheep, which try to reduce the pious call of education into teaching shops, the ministry officials said.
