Bigg Boss 11 Weekend Ka Vaar: Shilpa Shinde will win the show, says evicted Luv Tyagi

Luv Tyagi’s Bigg Boss journey ended on Sunday. After being saved week after week, his luck ran out of luck and he was evicted. The twist in the eviction pattern broke Luv’s lucky streak of surviving elimination. He was nominated alongside Shilpa Shinde, Hina Khan, and Vikas Gupta. Luv lost to his rival Vikas Gupta with a margin of just 30 votes.

But Luv Tyagi who hails from Delhi is disappointed for coming so close to winning the title and getting evicted. He was also hopeful of making it to top four of the Bigg Boss show. “Something within was telling me that I might get voted out this week. After all, I was the only commoner, while everyone else was a celebrity. Compared to a newcomer like me, they have more fan following. Akash cleverly saved himself this time. He was the contestant who should have gone out,” Luv Tyagi told Hindustan Times.

The fight between Hina Khan and Luv Tyagi was the most talking point, after 14 weeks the friendship was broken apart with just task. The Mountain task not only took out the best from Luv and Hina but also led to an argument which led to questioning their friendship. But when asked about if that did this affect his voting, Luv told the leading daily, “Yes, I have also thought along the same lines. Her (Hina’s) fans might have got disappointed by the argument we had during the task and those who used to vote for us together might not have done it this time. But I had to do what I did. I even had a word with Hina about it and she was okay with my strategy. Later, she started playing against me. Maybe deep down she didn’t like it.”

Luv for so many weeks was shielded from getting nominated by his friends in the house but finally had to end his journey. Luv was saved by his friends for so many weeks. But in the 14th week and, after so many days, he doubted that friendship. But after eviction when asked about who will be in top three, he told the leading daily, “I saw Vikas [Gupta; channel head, producer and co-contestant] at number 3, second was Hina and first was Shilpa. In the fourth place, I could see myself, and I really wanted to be there.”

After the eviction, Luv has plans of moving to Mumbai, and try his in acting. On this, he told Hindustan Times, “I never had any interest in my family business. I always wanted to become an actor. Lead role, be it on TV, films or web, is what I am looking at. After Bigg Boss, I am hoping for the best. And, I have kept in mind what Salman Khan has told me… the show will change my life and I must learn how to handle things.”
