We are into 10th game of the CPL 2018 season and today Barbados Tridents will take on St Lucia Stars. It will be too early to speak about the points table but St Lucia’s are looking completely off-sorts and struggling to get going. It will be back to back game for the STAR’s after Trinbago. They need to look into their aspects for the faults they did so far and need to rectify as soon as possible which will give them a chance to remain in this competition. Here we see the probable dream XI for the STARs:
St Lucia Stars: David Warner, Lendl Simmons, Rakheem Cornwall, Kieron Pollard(c), Darren Sammy, Kavem Hodge, Obed McCoy, Qais Ahmed, Kesrick Williams, Mitchell McClenaghan.
On the other hand, Tridents will be playing their 2nd game after registering a defiant victory over Guyana Amazon Warriors. Shai Hope raised team’s hopes of winning the game comprehensively after a blistering knock of 88 runs including 6 fours and 6 sixes. Smith is looking good with the bat and it will be upon him to provide a good start with Dwayne Smith and Martin Guptill. The team won title in 2017 and this brings pressure to put their best foot forward. Here are the probable dream XI for Tridents:
Barbados Tridents: Nicholas Pooran (wk), Steve Smith, Dwayne Smith, Shai Hope, Martin Guptill, Jason Holder(c), Raymon Reifer, Ashley Nurse, Imran Khan, Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Irfan
