‘Baahubali’ Prabhas turned down endorsement deal. This is how much it was worth

Baahubali lead actor Prabhas recently got an offer to become a brand ambassador of a reputed company. But Prabhas, despite being offered a huge amount, refused to sign the endorsement deal.

Source told to Hindustan Times, “Yes, Prabhas has been approached by several brands. Although he hasn’t agreed to any of them as of now, he has declined a whopping Rs 18 crore worth of brand endorsement.”

Recently, director SS Rajamouli had revealed in an interview that Prabhas, during the shoot of Bahubali 2, let go of an endorsement worth Rs 10 crore, as he wanted to concentrate on the film. Till now, he has only given his nod to a leading vehicle brand.

Currently, Prabhas is relaxing in the US as part of a month-long holiday. On the work front, Prabhas will be seen in the trilingual film, Saaho. “But, he certainly wants to concentrate on his upcoming trilingual film, Saaho, shooting for which begins in July. He is also getting a few Bollywood offers from top directors and production houses and he’s reading the scripts,” adds the source.

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion has broken most records at the box office by earning more than Rs 1000 crore. Obviously, brands are going crazy to rope in Prabhas for commercial endorsements. The companies include apparel to shoe and fitness segments. But, it seems money is not enough to please Prabhas.
