Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth’s 2.0 won’t release on April 14; read why

After postponing from December 2017 to January 25 to April 14, 2018, Akshay Kumar and megastar Rajinikanth starrer sci-fi film 2.0 will now be postponed once again. As per the trade expert, Ramesh Bala, who took to his Twitter and wrote, “@superstarrajini – @akshaykumar ‘s #2Point0 release will not happen in April.. The release is most likely to be postponed by 2 to 3 months..”

Earlier, when Rajinikanth was asked about the delay of the film, he had said, “Since there is some more CG (computer graphics) work that needs to be done, it is getting delayed. We have shifted the release to April.” Well, it seems like this might be the reason of 2.0 is delaying once again. Though, we need to wait for more two to three months.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar will next be seen in the film ‘PadMan’ which is slated to release on February 9 while, Rajinikanth has another movie coming right on its heels, ‘Kaala’, written and helmed by Pa. Ranjith.
