Salman Khan isn’t just an actor, he is the darling of the adoring masses. In the past three decades, he has featured in a countless number of films and has earned flak and hero worship with equal gusto. Even Bollywood superstars had several times admitted that Salman is a phenomenon, both on and off screen. B-town sees him more as a family. And like every coin has two sides, the Bhai of Bollywood has his other side too. He is controversy’s favourite child. His notorious behaviour has often landed him on the wrong side of the law. But B-town has always remained by his side. Not to forget the fact that Mr Khan has helped many actors to pursue careers and has stayed with them in their worst times.

Stars turn to Salman Khan for help
Salman Khan’s co-star in ‘Tumko Na Bhool Payenge’ (2002), Dia Mirza has said that Salman has helped to rush her mother to the hospital when her mother fell unconscious. She was quoted saying, “Once my mother fell unconscious. I called Salman since he stays close to my house. It was with his help that I was able to rush my mother to the hospital. The doctor later told us that had we not to got my mother admitted within those 15 minutes, she would have had very little chance of survival. I’m eternally grateful to Salman and will stand by him no matter what.”
With Salman Khan being convicted for the Blackbuck Poaching case, Dia tweeted, “He is the man that saved my Mothers life. That I will never forget.”
Being friends with his exes
What is more astounding is the fact that he manages to keep all his ex-girlfriends in good humour, be it Somy Ali or Sangeeta Bijlani or Zarine Khan. In an interview, Salman was asked how he manages to maintain a healthy friendship with his exes, to which he replied, “Eventually they realise that maybe I was not all that bad.” He further added, “You’re just happy for them (exes), be supportive, wish good for them. She grabbed the eyeballs after she was featured in ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya’, followed by ‘Partner’. It was ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ that catapulted her stardom. The couple broke after she allegedly started dating Ranbir Kapoor, but was welcomed with open arms after her alleged split with Ranbir.
