Red Bull Soap Race – For a crazy ride
In 2012, the inaugural India edition race that happened in Bandra’s Mount Mary Slope witnessed a crazy fun. And to bring back the madness, Red Bull Soap Race is here with its second edition in Mumbai. Participants will enjoy an outrageous downhill race where they will create their own ‘soapbox’ and compete against gravity. These handmade machines will have no engines and breaks. Wondering how do they reach the finish line? The answer is with a push from your teammates and a spoonful of weirdness.

Sama’a: The Mystic Ecstasy – For complete bliss
The eighth edition of Sama’a: The Mystic Ecstasy, an annual festival dedicated to the genre of Sufi music is back with a bang. The two-day festival will see ‘Sama Ayins: Whirling Prayer Ceremonies’ with Istanbul Historical Turkish Music Ensemble on November 12 and Sufiana songs by Rekha Bharadwaj on November 13.

Tata Literature Live – For a knowledge trip
Over 130 celebrated writers and thinkers from over 30 countries will converge at Mumbai’s biggest international literary festival – Tata Literature Live! The Mumbai LitFest at NCPA. The 7th edition of the festival will see Indian novelist Amitav Ghosh, literary critic Nicholas Shakespeare and British poet Simon Armitage, among others.
Held simultaneously at Prithvi Theatre, the four-day festival will feature Frank Moorhouse, Ma Thida, Sanjaya Baru, P. Chidambaram, Jairam Ramesh, Anuvab Pal, Keki Daruwalla, Kiran Nagarkar and Jayant Narlikar. Legendary lyricist Gulzar and producer Karan Johar will be seen giving the event a Bollywood twist.

Global Citizen Festival – For fun with social cause
The Global Citizen India’s first initiative Global Citizen Festval will be headlined by Coldplay, Jay Z, Aamir Khan, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, A R Rahman, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi, Arijit Singh, Dia Mirza, Shankar Ehsaan Loy and Monali Thakur, among others. The festival will also see several other international artists.
