Tata Motors rewards employees with 30,831 shares as stock options

As per a regulatory filing, carmaker Tata Motors has rewarded eligible employees with 30,831 shares for ₹2 per unit as stock options, at an exercise price of ₹345 each.

Now the paid up capital of the company stands at ₹664,31,19,635 with 332,13,21,065 shares of ₹2 per unit.
