Through an exchange filing, State Bank of India's insurance arm SBI Life, has announced the allotment of 15,970 equity shares to those employees who exercised stock options.
The stocks issued with a face value of Rs 10 each, have taken the paid up share capital of SBI Life up to Rs 10,00,89,47,590.
