The Rotary Club of Bombay (RCB) in association with the Bombay Cotton Merchant and Muccadams Association is launching its new child care clinic at the RCB Medical Centre at Cotton Green on May 8.
Ramesh Narayan, President, Rotary Club of Bombay said, “This is one of the new initiatives we are launching as we are entering our 90th year. Community service is very important aspect of our agenda and health care for the underprivileged is central to this plan.” RCB already has facilities for Homeopathy (provided by Dr Batra’s), dental, eye care and a pathology collection centre (by NM Medical) that function on Tuesday’s and Fridays. The organisation is planning to increase days of providing these services.
Now the child care clinic will add to this bouquet of services. These services provided by RCB is free of cost. RCB also helped children with their Bhavishya Yaan programme.
