Ex-Dabur exec Himanshu Garg becomes Supply Chain VP of Industrybuying

New Delhi : Industrybuying – B2B e-commerce company, named Himanshu Garg as the vice president of Supply Chain. The appointment is in line with the company’s plans to strengthen its leadership team and further to streamline the entire supply chain process. Garg, an IIT Roorkee and MDI Gurgaon alumnus, has around twelve years of experience in different supply-chain-management functions.

Prior to Industrybuying, Garg was associated with Dabur India and Tata Motors. In his last assignment with Dabur India, he worked in the capacity of senior manager – Supply Chain for almost 10 years, successfully managing primary logistics of the company and helping in IT automation, process development, re-engineering and innovation. Garg said, “Industrybuying has already established a strong foothold in the B2B e-commerce sector and it gives me much pleasure to be a part of this visionary team.”

Welcoming Himanshu, Swati Gupta, co-founder and CEO of Industrybuying said, “Himanshu’s expertise in supply chain management will strengthen our endeavour to reach out to as many new customers as possible in tier 3 and tier 4 cities.
