· Saikat Sarkar, Chief-Small Format Stores @Future Consumer Limited: Saikat is a food and beverage specialist having 22 years of functional experience as an hotelier, entrepreneur and retailer. He has been conceptualizing, streamlining and revamping integrated fresh produce supply chain for Future Group for past 3 years and managed multiple brands and categories, developing them from inception.

· Saurabh Lal, Director Supply Chain @Kellogg Company: Mr. Lal has over 20 years of supply chain experience, have successfully led large teams as well as multiple production and warehousing sites across industries. Before joining Kellogg Company, Mr. Lal was CEO - Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Future Consumer Limited, where he was instrumental in building the manufacturing and supply chain catering to the emerging food trends.

· Debashish Roy, Executive Vice President - R&D and Supply Chain @Blue Star: Debashish Roy has 30 years of experience in Consumer Durable and Engineering industry and is heading functions like Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Sourcing, Supply chain and in Setting up green field plants. Handling P&L at plant level as SBU.

· Rajasekhara Reddy, Vice President - Global Demand Planning and Logistics @Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: He has served in different industries like personal care, food & beverages & Pharmaceutical in all aspects at different levels in Supply Chain at multiple geographies. · Gaurav Saxena, AVP Supply Chain @Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.: Gaurav has 18 years of National & International experience, Gaurav has worked with esteem organizations like Accenture, Wal-Mart, Sony and presently working with Reliance Jio. Gaurav has been nominated to attend some of the prestigious Leadership Development Programs like Sony Leadership program, Walton Institute, Advance Leadership Development, Accenture Project Management and Core Manager School.

· Raul Villamarin Rodriguez, Assistant Professor @Universal Business School: Prof. Raul Villamarin Rodriguez is a Spanish national, Asst. Prof. for BBA and MBA at Universal Business School, India. He holds three Master’s degrees and is currently pursuing a PhD in the field of AI and HRM from Spain. Prof. Rodriguez academic focus lies in the field of Operations Management (SCM) and HR and Business Analytics in relation to the influence of new technologies (AI, ML, Cyber-security, FinTech, Blockchain, and Cloud) on business operations and human relations.
