Like the high rises of Mumbai, Estek Advertising and PR Services has grown tall over the years, slowly but surely, and made its mark literally in the very sector that gives us these high rises and luxury homes – realty.

Realty has been the forte of Estek though the group has worked in the past with several clients from other sectors too, like Camlin, Rasna, Siemens etc.

And Estek’s forte lies in building strong business ties and client relationships over the years. “There have been a number of clients who have been with us for a long time. Rustomjee has been with us for over 12 years. We have dealt with different generations of the Wadhwa group,” explains Rashmie. And the clients list is quite impressive. As Rashmie puts it: “From the small to the big.

You name it, we have it.”

The agency, which was formed in 1986, almost specialises in the building/realty sector – the one sector that towers over many others, changes skylines as it changes the way people live in their homes. “We have a fair amount of long standing clients from this sector,” says Ms Rashmie S, Proprietress of Estek.


Estek Advertising current list of clients includes D B Realty Ltd., Rustomjee, Supreme Universal, K. Raheja Group Of Companies, R-Mall, Evershine Builders Pvt. Ltd., Indian Education Society, Kirloskar Oil, Sia Lifestyle, Mittal Builders, RNA Builders, Bajaj Infrastructure Development Company Ltd., Wadhwa Constructions, Bank of Rajasthan, Jindal Steel.

Functioning as a full-service advertising agency, the agency believes in offering all services under one roof. Currently, Estek deals in print, outdoor, films and public relations though print makes up a large chunk of its business.


Over the years the agency has done some memorable work for its clients, one of which includes work done for its then client Bayer, for the product ‘Racumin’, a rat poison. Though the product was discontinued by the company, Bayer found the campaign communication to be so effective that it was later translated and released in Germany.

For a small agency, Rashmie believes that the kind of trust that they have built with their clients over the years has stood the test of time. Over years she said that even with bigger agencies vying for business from clients in this sector, client loyalty has ensured that Estek stays ahead and on the mark for the realty sector.

Estek has expanded to stay abreast of times. It has recently forayed into the digital space with a special cell to handle clients’ digital demands, “We expanded into PR, exhibitions etc. so as to provide our clients with all services under one roof,” says Rashmie. She adds, “With more clients coming in, expansion will always been there.”
