Fresh from her resounding success in Krishh 3, Bollywood diva, national award winning actress and India’s best known style icon Kangana Ranaut added an additional dollop of Bollywood glamour to the usual swish set at the horse races in Mumbai joining ace Director Milan Luthria, Mohan Mariwala, MD Autohangar Group and Vivek Jain, RWITC, as guest of honour for the Metro Motors Auto Hangar Sir H.M. Mehta Million.
Kangana, who played the lead opposite Ajay Devgan in Milan Luthria’s hit film Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, watched the race named after the great grandfather-in-law of director Milan Luthria and later joined him, Mohan Mariwala and Vivek Jain for the trophy presentation. Milan’s wife Liane and her family was also present for the event. The Sir H.M. Mehta trophy has been in existence for several years as the RWITC’s tribute to Sir Homi. It has traditionally been a pointer to the Indian classics, and this year has been upgraded to a million for 3 year olds.
