BOI celebrates Hindi day

Mumbai : Hindi day was celebrated at Bank Of India’s (BOI) head office on Tuesday wherein Managing Director Alok Mishra addressed the staff of the bank.

He mentioned that the style and change seen in the national language must be stopped and asked employees to communicate through Hindi language as much as possible.

The message given by the Home Ministry and the Finance Ministry was also read in front of the employees.

General Manager of the bank, A P Mahinti was also present at the program and he greeted every staff of the bank including managers, assistant managers and others.

The bank had also organised a programme from August 15 to September 14. At the end of the programme, bank employees were gifted books of Hindi literature.

The program was organised by BOI’s main general manager Rajkumar Chauhan.
