REGIS, MUMBAI: The age of automation is here, and with it comes opportunities for integrating advanced technologies into Internal Audit (IA) functions. An auditor is always trying out new software, technology devices and analytical testing procedures. There are many ways in which AI can leverage automation capabilities throughout the audit life cycle, including risk assessments, audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

The internal audit departments have already begun to incorporate automation by expanding the use of traditional analytics to include predictive models  A lot is said about the advantages of including automation like Robotic process automation, Cognitive intelligence in the systems.

This summit focused on developing clear visions on the implementation of the automation process & understand what is the efficiency and efficacy in the automation process.
