New Delhi: Asian Paints reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 463.28 crore on net sales of Rs 4,102.95 crore for the third quarter ended December as benign raw material prices and good sales due tofestival season demand lifted margins. Consolidated net sales were up 13.9% on year.
