13 cos to move out of BSE’s surveillance framework

Mumbai : Thirteen companies including Bhansali Engineering Polymers, Dilip Buildcon, Goa Carbon, Man Industries (India) and Venkys (India), are will move out of the additional surveillance measures (ASM) framework with effect from Thursday, BSE has said in a circular.

Bhansali Engineering Polymers, Dilip Buildcon, Goa Carbon, HIL, Himadri Speciality Chemical, Man Industries, Sanwaria Consumer, Tinplate Company of India and Venkys (India), the BSE said.

There are 122 stocks currently which are under ASM framework. The parameters for shortlisting securities under ASM are high low variation; client concentration; number of price band hits; close to close price variation and PE ratio.
