Bollywood actor John Abraham is all praises for his Pathaan co-stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. Ahead of the film's theatrical release, the makers of Pathaan dropped a promotional video in which John is seen answering several questions.
The actor opened up about Shah Rukh's return to the silver screen, how he prepared to play the role of Jim in Pathaan and reuniting with Deepika after 10 years.
'Entire world wants to see Shah Rukh on the screen'
When John was asked about Shah Rukh's comeback with Pathaan after over four years, he said, "I don't think just the entire nation, I think the entire world wants to see Shah Rukh Khan on the screen, including myself. And I think he more than delivered the goods. He's fantastic in this film."
'Deepika is one of the nicest human beings'
John, who has worked with Deepika in films like Race 2 and Desi Boyz, said, "I know Deepika and I think she's a lovely person. She's of course gorgeous and I love her family – her father, her mother, her sister, they are all lovely human beings."
"Deepika has travelled a lot and I'm always happy to see her successful. It makes me happy because I'm so fond of this girl, so it just makes me happy and she's a sweetheart. For people who don't know Deepika, she's one of the nicest human beings and that's what makes me gravitate towards her – because she's such a nice girl. I'll always wish the best for her," John added.

Pre-booking for Pathaan is set to begin from January 20 onwards.
The trailer of Pathaan was dropped on January 10 and within no time, it became one of the most viewed videos online. It features John as the lead antagonist of the story and he will be seen packing some serious punches with Shah Rukh.
The film is all set to hit the silver screens on January 25.
