Hansika Motwani tied the knot with businessman Sohael Khaturiya in December 2022 in a grand affair in Rajasthan.
Post her wedding, she announced that the entire celebration and festivities have been documented into a web series, which will give her fans behind-the-scenes glimpses from her big day.
In the latest episode of 'Love Shaadi Drama', Hansika's mother Mona Motwani was seen demanding Rs 5 lakh per minute from the groom's family and the reason will leave you shocked.

During the episode, Hansika's mother Mona was seen getting upset with Sohael's family for being late for the festivities.
She was seen complaining to Sohael's mother, "I have a humble request to make. Khaturiyas are people who are very late and Motwani’s are very punctual. If you come late today, you must pay me Rs 5 lakh for every minute of delay."
She added, "I make this request because the inauspicious hour is between 4:30 pm to 6 pm. So I request if you could come a little early."
Hansika-Sohael's love story
During the same episode, Hansika also revealed how she felt when she first saw Sohael waiting for her at the wedding mandap. "It was so surreal. It hit me so hard and I was like ‘I am getting married to the love of my life.’ It was the best feeling. And it was just something so different and I broke down.”
Hansika and Sohael are reportedly childhood friends and they had been dating for several years before tying the knot.
In November, Hansika had introduced Sohael as her fiance after he proposed to her in a dreamy affair in Paris.
Hansika and Sohael exchanged vows on December 4, 2022 at Mundota Fort and Palace in Jaipur.
