Bollywood singer-rapper Badshah became the talk of the town over the weekend after reports went viral that he is soon set to tie the knot with girlfriend Isha Rikhi.
Badshah has been dating Isha for quite some time now. She is a Punjabi actress who hails from Chandigarh. The two apparently met at a common friend's party and sparks flew between them instantly.
For the unawares, Badshah was previously married to Jasmine, with whom he also has a daughter named Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, born in 2017. However, their marriage hit rock bottom in 2019, and the couple got divorced during the lockdown.
Badshah to get married again?
Recently, a Hindustan Times report quoted sources and claimed that the rapper is all set to give a second chance to marriage and was planning to take the plunge with Isha.
However, looks like there is no truth to the report and the rapper himself cleared the air.
Badshah took to his Instagram story and penned a note addressing the media. "Dear media, I respect you but this is super lame. I'm not getting married. Whoever's feeding you this bullshit needs to find better masala," he wrote, thus putting rumours to rest.
Looks like both Badshah and Isha have decided to take their relationship slow for now and spend maximum time enjoying the dating phase.
Badshah's work front
Badshah is one of the top Bollywood rappers in today's times. He has some of the biggest hits to his credit including 'Paagal', 'Paani Paani', 'Jugnu', 'She Move It Like', 'Saturday Saturday', 'Kar Gayi Chull', 'Kala Chashma', 'Garmi', and others.
Besides music, Badshah has also forayed into acting with small but impactful roles. He marked his acting debut with 'Khandaani Shafakhana' in 2019, followed by a cameo in 'Ek Villain Returns' in 2022.
Badshah was also offered Vicky Kaushal's role in the anthology 'Lust Stories', but the popstar had denied it then. He later starred in 'The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives' in one of the episodes.
