BHOPAL: A youth fraudulently took away jewellery worth Rs 10 lakh from Tara Jewelers, Roshanpura under Jahangirabad police station. Police have registered the case. The youth is still at large. Investigation Officer (IO) Raj Narain Mishra said, “The accused had  came to Tara Jewellers and told the showroom owner to show rings. The showroom staff showed some rings. The accused told to give him the rings to show to his wife.

The owner sent a staffer with the accused, along with rings. In the meantime, the accused told the staffer, who was accompanying him to stay at a place, and that he would be back after showing the rings. The accused, then, through other route, reached the showroom again and asked for more jewellery.

The showroom owner asked him about the staffer who was sent with him. The accused told them that staffer is at his residence. showroom owner gave him more jewellery to show to his wife. After some time, showroom owner phoned his man to know what happened. The staffer replied the youth had gone to show the jewerllery and he was waiting for the youth”.
