BHOPAL : Another person died in a fierce clash which occurred in the night of September 26 at Pipalia Hasnabad village under Berasia police station. A 26-year-old man died while undergoing treatment at Hamidia hospital on Monday while four others were reportedly critical.
In-charge, Berasia police station, Rajendra Raghuvanshi confirmed the second death and said that few suspects have been detained but no arrest has been made in the case so far and the culprits would be arrested soon.
The deceased has been identified as Rafeeq Khan, a cousin of the first victim of the clash, Wahid Khan who died in the clash on Saturday.
Wahid’s father Anwar lodged a complaint with police regarding the armed attack by village Sarpanch Shabbir Khan along with his family members.
But surprisingly after second casualty the police are yet to make any arrest in the case so far.
Notably, Sarpanch of Pipalia Hasnabad village and his family members are still at large who attacked their neighbour killing a 30-year-old man and injuring six persons at Piplia Hasnabad late night on Saturday on a petty issue which occurred around two weeks ago.
Police said that Sarpanch of Piplia Hasnabad Shabbir Khan along with his armed family members attacked his neighbour Wahid Khan and his family members over an old enmity. The victims were attacked with iron rods and wooden sticks. The victims were rushed to a nearby hospital where Wahid Khan died during treatment while six injured were undergoing treatment. Shabbir along with his family members attacked Wahid Khan and his family members in which Wahid Khan died. while others sustained injuries.
