BHOPAL: With a view to promoting and propagating the usage of Hindi in the workings of the Central public sector enterprises located in Bhopal, a one-day workshop on Hindi was organised at BHEL, Bhopal.  On this occasion Sarvesh Chaturvedi, Representative, President, TOLIC, Bhopal   and  General Manager, HR, BHEL, Bhopal; JK Lakhina, Regional Manager, The New India Assurance Company Limited; Kishore Bahane and Harish Singh Bagwar, Secretary, TOLIC were present.

Chaturvedi in his address said, “Today India holds a unique place in the world through the medium of language. Hindi is one language into which all other languages assimilate.” He wished the workshop be successful in its purpose with more number of people bringing Hindi into practice in their day to day work.

Bagwar throwing light on the objective of the workshop said workshops on Hindi were held frequently to make heads of the member organisations aware about Rajbhasa policies and make them more efficient towards delivery of the Rajbhasa policies.

On this occasion Lakhina said one can express one’s feelings more efficiently in Hindi.  TOLIC is one platform where all issues relating to the implementation of the Rajbhasa policies can be addressed, added Lakhina.  Bahane proposed the vote of thanks. Shranesh Pachouri, Assistant Manager, coordinated the programme.
