Julania moved out of water resources after five years
BHOPAL : The state government, in a major administrative surgery on Monday, transferred as many as 33 IAS officers. Additional chief secretary to chief minister, Iqbal Singh Bains has been replaced by Ashok Warnwaal. Bains had expressed his wish to be shifted from CM Secretariat while Warnwaal was posted at CM Secretariat on Bains’s suggestion.
Ajatshatru Shrivastava has been posted as Bhopal divisional commissioner. Rakesh Shrivastava, commissioner, excise has been made commissioner, Mandi Board. Arun Kochar has been made commissioner, excise. Additional chief secretary, Radheshyam Julania, after a long term of more than five years at water resources department, has been transferred. Pankaj Agarwal from public health engineering department has been posted in place of Julania in water resources department.
Among others, ICP Keshari has been posted as special commissioner (coordination), Madhya Pradesh Bhawan, New Delhi, Manoj Govil as principal secretary, public health, Dr Pallavi Jain Govil as commissioner, health services, Deepali Rastogi as commissioner, scheduled castes and tribes welfare, Shivshekhar Shukla as inspector general, registration, Sanjiv Kumar Jha as secretary, Lokayukta, KC Gupta as principal secretary, food and civil supplies, Arun Kumar Pandey as managing director, MP Warehousing Corporation, VK Batham, principal secretary, social justice, Dr Manohar Agnani, commissioner, Sagar division, SB Singh, managing director, MP Laghu Udyog Nigam and KP Rahi has been posted as additional commissioner (revenue), Jabalpur division.
Similarly, Shobhit Jain has been posted as labour commissioner, Indore, Manohar Lal Dubey, secretary, mining, Renu Pant as officer on special duty (OSD)-cum-secretary, MPPSC, NP Deharia as additional secretary, Dr Ashok Kumar Bhargava as additional commissioner (revenue), Ujjain division, Anand Kumar Sharma as additional commissioner (revenue), Indore division, DD Agarwal as additional commissioner (revenue), Gwalior division, Rajabhaiya Prajapati as additional commissioner (revenue), Chambal division, Ravindra Kumar Mishra as additional commissioner (revenue), Narmadapuram division, Narendra Singh Parmar, additional commissioner (revenue), Bhopal division, Madhukar Agneya, additional commissioner (revenue), Rewa divisison, Bhagat Singh Kulesh as deputy secretary, Sabhajit Yadav as deputy secretary, Ashkrat Tiwari as deputy secretary and Ashish Bhargava has been posted as additional collector, Bhopal.

Anupam Rajan has been assigned additional charge of commissioner-cum-director, archeology and museums, Faiz Ahmad Kidwai given additional charge of commissioner, food and civil supplies and consumer protection, KK Khare has been assigned additional charge of controller, government press, Urmil Mishra, given additional charge of OSD-cum-director of nomadic, semi-nomadic tribes welfare and Sandeep Yadav has been given additional charge of director, aviation.
